There are two hotels in Pontypool and a few apartments and cottage options. There are also campsites nearby too.

To ensure that we don't show any bias, we advise you to visit a hotel booking website to see the available options. 

Getting to Pontypool

We have tried to consider the different ways in which you can travel to Pontypool but have have not included options involving helicopter, transporter or broomstick. We advise you to check the relevant operators.

Travelling by Train

Pontypool and New Inn Station lies just a short walk from Pontypool park along 'The Highway' and 'Usk Road', with connections to stations including Cwmbran, Newport, Abergavenny, Hereford, Shrewsbury, Crewe, Holyhead, Cardiff, Chester and Manchester Piccadilly.

Travelling by Bus

Stagecoach, Phill Anslow Coaches and Newport Buses all run services locally. Please check routes and availability with the different operators. 

Travelling by Car

As well as surface car parks, Pontypool also has two multi-storey car parks.Whilst these car parks are free to use there are designated 4 hour waiting restrictions within sections of these car parks, and motorists are advised to refer to local signage which identify these designated areas.
